Through the Mountain

Its been a bit since I've taken any new pictures, so I've found myself looking through the archives of pictures to find other interesting tidbits to share.

This picture is from the Pacific coast. When Jenn and I took our trip 2 summers ago up through California. I'd like to reiterate from probably the 100th time how much I loved the trip and how much I'd love to go back. That said, the reason I'm posting this is to show how portions of the road have been carved out of the mountains to make it passable. It was really cool to see, and I can't wait to see it again!
