After a few days of the beach, and then the water park we decided it would be good to take a little break from all that and hit up the Boardwalk. So we did. One of the things that we did was to head out the pier (which apparently costs $.50 cents to do by the way) and check things out. It wasn't all that great of a view or anything, but it was cool to see the beach from a few feet out.

As you can see here, on a Wednesday, at the end of July, the beach at the Boardwalk was packed! I mean this is a ton of people. Considering the light load of people that were at the beach where went (129th), this is crazy! Enjoy!

Looks like that part of the beach was full.

When you go to the beach, do you usually go to the inlet, public beach or does your trailer have beach privileges elsewhere?

Ben - when we go to the beach we go to public access. We typically go to the beach at 146th street which is the MD/DE state line. There are about 30 spaces on the ocean side, if they fill up, like they did this past Saturday, then I'll park across the street on Bayside and walk over to the beach.

We don't ever go to the beach at the inlet, WAY to crowded. This summer we went to the beach most days with our friends the Sofinowski's who stay at a condo on 129th, ocean side, so we park and head down from there.

Yeah, when I saw that picture I just couldn't imagine being that crowded on the beach. Our family always goes at the end of September when the crowds have gone. We enjoy having the beach to ourselves.
