Getting In Close

So last night I got down on the carpet close to Max, and decided to try and get a few shots of him. What amazes me about dogs, Max in particular, is just how expressive their eyes are. The combo of eyes and tail help Jenn and I know (sort of) how Max is feeling.

I really like how this picture turned out. I used the zoom on the lens to get in nice and close on Max, and then upped the aperture to ensure that all of Maxy's face would be in focus in the picture. Enjoy!
