Downtown Vegas

A coworker and friend of mine is out visiting wonderful Las Vegas this week with his girlfriend, and so I figured that was good reason to go back and share some of my Vegas picks from over two (yes two!) years ago.

This picture is of one of the hotels in downtown Las Vegas. About 3 or 4 miles down past the main strip, there is a collection of hotels on Fremont street that have been covered by this enormous thing that has lights all in it. So under the cover are all of these older hotels, that kinds feel like they harken back to the 50's and 60's heydays of Vegas. In terms of class however, they are certainly not 2000's top notch. Fun none the less. This was one of the more colorfully designed fronts. Enjoy!
