The other day I downloaded a new photo editing app for my iPhone, called Mextures. Odd name. Regardless of the odd name, what it allows you to do is layer different effects, and change their opacity and blending modes. Its the combo of opacity and blending modes that I think really makes it different from other iPhone photo apps. For this picture, which I used as my "of the day" yesterday, I added a texture and a color effect that helped accentuate the sunset. The bridge is the Stoney Creek bridge very close to our house.
