Standing at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave and 14
th st. NW you get this awesome perspective of the Old Post Office and the Capitol building. The clock tower is where I was able to go and take some really cool pictures of the city from up high. Unlike the Washington Monument for which you need a ticket to visit, there wasn't anyone else around when I went up in the this tower. Its definitely a cool view, one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city, and wanting to get at least a block away from the mall. Enjoy!

I learned something - I didn't know you could go up there. The building is still pretty.
