I took this picture while walking down Pennsylvania Ave, near 15th St. NW. I liked the original picture, but I felt like it needed a little boost. So I added an effect called "lomography", which is an effect created by using a certain type of camera. Today with photoshop and online filter tools this effect can be easily recreated and added to any image.

By adding the effect the trees have a lot more pop to them, and the soft blur around the edges of the image really helps put the walkway into perspective as it fades into the distance. Enjoy!

That is a beautiful picture. It is so pretty in DC and the way you do your pictures it is even prettier.
