What I find interesting, is that from a national perspective, theres little mention of the Orioles getting a solid win, only mention of Teixeira not doing well, and Sabathia having a crap game. I'm sure if I read a few articles from the Sun there would be a bit more praise, but those aren't the news feeds I follow to much. Either way, it was awesome to see the O's start the season well and thump the Yankees. As for this picture, its Adam Jones making it back to base safely when the pitcher tried to pick him off. Enjoy!

I've never had the privilege of going to an Orioles opening day, but yesterday's game was one that I wish I had been in attendance of. It was a record crowd of 48,607 people, and I wonder how each year they fit a few more people in there. I've read a ton of recaps, listened to a few innings on my way home, and watched the last few innings once I was home, and it was awesome to see the O's doing well to start the season.
