I really enjoyed wandering D.C. photographing the cherry blossoms with the monuments as my backdrop. There's just something iconic to me about the monuments, so to then be able to photograph them as the backdrop to the short-timer blossoms, it was a lot of fun. On our way towards the Jefferson Memorial, i stopped off to take this shot of the blossoms with the Washington Monument in the background. I love the exposure of the blooms and the monument. Enjoy!
