This past weekend after the rain subsided we took a trip down to Washington D.C. to enjoy the cherry blossoms. Jenn has "owed" me a trip to the Jefferson for about 4 years now so this past weekend we finally went.

With the cherry blossoms in good bloom we walked all the way around the Tidal Basin, most of which Abbi rode around in a stroller for. But there were certainly periods where she was up running around or pushing the stroller herself.

In addition to seeing the Jefferson Memorial, we saw the FDR Memorial. They have an awesome collection of water features there that lend themselves perfectly to fun photography. This is one of my favorites from the FDR Memorial. Enjoy!

Note: I also want to note that this image is an HDR image, but the soft view of the water is how it came out of the camera. It was roughly a 1/5 exposure time.
