After lunch we took the subway back towards the historic district of Philadelphia and went to the part of town known as "Old City". There, we saw Elfreths Alley, which you can see below and read about here if you want. Its one of the oldest continuously inhabited streets in America, which was pretty cool to see. From there we saw the Christ Church, Ben Franklin's burial site, Betty's Ross' house and finally....the Independence Hall gift shop! It was a great trip, and I'll have tons of photos to share in the coming weeks. Enjoy!

Yesterday we wrapped up our trip and headed home. It was another jam packed day of stuff though before we headed home. We started our day with a trip to the Franklin Institute. Its basically a science center, with a ton of interactive displays and stuff. From there we headed over to the Comcast Center bottom level to get some lunch.
