ICE at the Gaylord National Hotel was a really fun experience. They have this place setup outside of the hotel where they have a little ice rink and then a separate area where they have created a ton of Grinch themed items completely out of ice. This picture here has the Grinch and his dog Max. Take a good look. The only thing not ice is the background. The sled, figures, trees, ramp - its all ice. Enjoy!
