Here's another tweaked photo. The original was kinda bland, unlike this picture. I love this technique. I suppose I would have liked pictures that were taken back in the day, that is of course if they were digital. Which they weren't.

So with this picture, by using the photo edit technique it blows out some of the colors, like the blue in the sky. By doing so it helps the blue of the water tower pop more in the photo. I'm sure some people might not like the colors, or the idea behind the tweak, but I like it. Enjoy!
