At Somerset St. (I think) you can see a giant sign that welcomes you to the boardwalk at Ocean City. I'm not sure why they don't have a sign like this down at the inlet parking lot, but at least they have it somewhere. I was able to frame this shot just like this with the camera. No cropping! This is the beauty of the 18-200mm zoom lens. I'm able to get nice wide shots and then turn around and immediately take super telephoto zoomed shots. I love it!
I think the composition and framing all worked out well here. I really love the silhouette images that are up on top of the sign too. It really works well and makes a pretty cool effect. I think it would look pretty cool taken directly in the sun, so that all you really could see would be the silhouettes. Enjoy!
