Lou Malnati's had some of the best pizza that I have ever eaten in my life. Jenn was a bit skeptical about going there because she was afraid I wouldn't like the tomato chunks that are common in deep dish pizza. Luckily, there was no reason to fear. The pizza was amazing. After walking in the rain for about 20 minutes to get to the restaurant (I misread the bus map), we sat down and ordered our pizza. We had time to dry off and relax because it took about 40 minutes for them to cook the pizza. In their defense, the waiter warned us when we sat down. 40 minutes or not, it was well worth the wait and absolutely delicious! Thick and cheesy, and just good. If you're ever in Chicago be sure to check them out and enjoy some pizza.

I would much rather show off a picture of the delicious pizza that we devoured in Chicago, but I didn't take a picture. I was to interested in devouring the pizza as soon as it arrived to take a picture of it.
Best Pizza Ever
