We headed down to the 930 club in D.C., someplace neither of us had previously been. It was an awesome concert, where they played tons of songs we knew and loved. The venue was really nice too. They have a multi-tiered balcony setup so there was plenty of room to actually "see" the band performing. They played the songs we each wanted to hear, and played them well. Sounded incredible, both the band and the club. It was my first time getting to see them, and I can't wait until the next time. The image below I found no flickr and is of their backdrop during this tour, which ended its stateside run last night, and of the bands front man. Enjoy!

So last night Jenn and I had the opportunity (i.e. bought tickets) to go and see Reel Big Fish. For those that may remember them, they were big around 1996/1997 with one hit, "Sell Out". They have since released 5 or 6 additional albums, and I happen to be a huge fan.
