Retreat or Go Crazy

This past weekend, Jenn and 6 other people from our church headed out to the boonies for a small group leaders retreat. Jenn and I have a lead a group for the past few months now, and over the summer to decent success (for those that read thanks so much for coming!) We definitely owe some thanks to the Duerlings (we miss you guys) and the Raineys since they are the small groups we "came" from.

This weekend we were able to get away with other members of the church to work on skills to better lead our groups and how to lead groups that aren't necessarily based on some 'point and click' DVD curriculum with Scotty.
