Kickoff Weekend

So yesterday was the start of the rest of the 2008 football season for most of the rest of the country. I got to enjoy football a little sooner with the unfortunate loss of my Skins last Thursday. Luckily yesterday the Ravens played much better than expected, and in my opinion dismantled the Bengals.

The Ravens rushed for 229 yards and held a thought to be high-powered Bengals offense to 99 receiving yards and just 65 rushing yards. The Ravens defense was all over them and it was fun to watch. The reason I picked the picture below (courtesy of NFL.com) is because Ray Rice had a heck of a game rushing for 64 yards on 22 carries and he wasn't even the leading rusher for the team yesterday.
