Yesterday Jenn, my parents and I worked outside to get our deck restained. Two years ago I power washed and stained the deck and this year I felt it was time for the process to occur all over again. This time, since there was some base stain still in there, the wood seemed to take the stain a lot quicker, and didn't need to much. I think it looks really nice and it was really nice to have my parents up to visit. They got to see Max for the first time, which seemed fun for them, topped off with a delicious dinner at Roadhouse.
