"Vintage" Radio

So yesterday I took a trip down to D.C. to visit my mom for lunch. We walked down to Chinatown for lunch and then walked back. I got a couple of nice shots of the mall with fresh snowfall I'll be sure to share next week. Not to mention the mass of pictures I took over the past few days with the snow fall at home.

So it was a really tough decision trying to decide what picture to share today. As you can see, I choose a picture of this old, or "Vintage" radio, as one reseller on eBay calls it. You can still see the sticker on the tape deck. Crazy! Anyways, this is my mom's radio, I can only imagine how long she's had it. And yes, I gave her the same grief in person yesterday, that I express in this witting. Either way, my attempts to find out its age have yet to be fruitful, although I'm still holding out hope. If anyone cares to dig for information themselves, the model is GE 7-4956. Enjoy!
