So a quick recap of the vacation. To start with, while this region was being deluged with rain, we only had rain twice during the 9 days we were there, and only once during the day, the other was late at night. So...for the recap. Saturday was a resting day around OC, since we got in at 2:45 am on saturday morning. Then Sunday we went to Assateque Island, some OC outlets where there was a hot rod car show, and then the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum on the boardwalk. And our first round of mini-golf.
Monday was a beach day. Tuesday was outlet day (we drove up to the Rehobeth outlets). Then on Wednesday we decied to for the third year straight hit up the "All Day Old Pro Mini-Golf Challenge". Its 145 holes of golf between 9 and 5. We managed to do it and some more, we played all 7 coures, plus one of them twice from 11 - 5. The gallery of mini golf should be explanation enough of that fun. And all those pics of us with 1 finger up are us getting holes in 1. I won that challenge 12 to 7.
Then on Thursday there wsa more beachin, followed by the boardwalk. Then Friday we went to this place called Frontier Town. Its a water-park, thats connected to an RV/Campground. There was also a mini-golf course there. So that was an all day event there, and then Saturday we went to the beach one more time. And a final note about the beach, comparing Monday to Saturday. Monday it was slightly overcast and probably like 10 "families" within sight. Saturday (July 1 I should note), there were so many people I couldn't look around and NOT see people. Wow.
