Me-Morial Day

Today's post is an obvious tribute to Memorial Day. What might not be so obvious is the weird hyphenation I used for the work memorial. Just to fill you all in - my mother is from Arkansas, and thats how she says it. So to poke a little fun at my mom, I tribute to today's blog title to her.

Now in case you look at this picture and wonder where and what it is - this is a panoramic that I created of the Maryland World War II veterans memorial that is located in Annapolis. Its located just accross the river from the Naval Academy, and above what you see in this picture there is an really cool overlook (pictures of that to come soon). Enjoy!
