Space Shuttle Discovery

For my birthday the family and I went out to Dulless, VA to the Air and Space Museum. It was awesome. I had thought about going out there many times before, but its never really worked out, and then when we were talking about things to do on my birthday I thought about it, and it worked out well.

The highlight of the trip for me was seeing the space shuttle. The one they have on display now is the space shuttle Discovery. The shuttle is an amazing thing to see in person. Its huge! There were other things there that were bigger, like the Enola Gay plane, but the shuttle is a sight to see. This is the view from one of the raised walkways looking into the shuttle hangar. Enjoy!
