In Focus

One of the few tools at your disposal with instagram is the tilt-shift blur effect. I like how it enables you to bring a specific aspect of an image into focus and help remove the distraction of the rest of a picture. In this case I used it to focus on the city skyline, and then also bumped up the contrast and chose a filter that made it look artsy. Enjoy! This is by the way a part of my 365 project, which is still going strong.
