I posted a similar image last week when I described the photo project I've undertaken for 2013. With all the rain this week I felt it was ok to share another rain type picture. The setup is pretty much the same as the last time, only this time I went with a parking lot streetlight as much subject, and black and white as the color saturation. Enjoy!
