When we finally got our nice sunny day at the beach last Monday there were already quite a few people down there by the time we got there (around 11). One person had already gotten up and secured their kite to enjoy the wind. I don't think I ever saw anyone maneuvering with the kite, it was just flying up there, stationary. Cool to look at though. Enjoy!
