Petco Park

Yesterday after we got into San Diego we grabbed our rental car (a new Ford Fusion, red) and headed downtown for our first item of our trip. We were set to tour Petco Park, the baseball stadium where the San Diego Padres play. The stadium opened in 2004, so its certainly got that "new ballpark" feel.

It was an incredible place to get a behind the scenes look of all kinds of things (which of course I'll be sure to share here over the coming weeks). This picture was taken from the press box of the stadium with the city as a backdrop. Enjoy!
